George, Western Cape – July 20, 2025 – Spring arrives in full color at the George Garden & Lifestyle Expo, a first‑of‑its‑kind celebration of the Garden Route’s rich botanical heritage and sustainable living, running 26–28 September 2025 at the stunning George Botanical Gardens.
 

Visitors will wander among 60+ vendor booths showcasing Clivia hybrids, exotic orchids, sculptural succulents, and indigenous fynbos. The Expo features:
 

• Immersive Show Gardens & Installations: From sweeping fynbos meadows and Designer Mini‑Gardens to a recycled‑wood pergola planted with native vines, each living display offers fresh inspiration and invites guests to vote in the People’s Choice competition.

• Hands‑On Workshops & Masterclasses: Thirty expert‑led sessions—including Sustainable Gardening 101, Orchid Repotting, Terrarium Building, and Botanical Mixology—available by advance booking. Pavilion Discussions on conservation, urban greening, and more are free and open to all.

• Kids Zone & Youth Market: Children under 13 attend free and can dive into botanical drawing, terrarium labs, nature scavenger hunts, and a dedicated Youth Entrepreneur market (ages 9–17).

• Lifestyle Activations: Live music in the Rose Garden, yoga among the blooms, and a fynbos‑inspired Cocktail & Tonic Bar set the stage for relaxation and community.

• Sustainability in Action: A no‑single‑use‑plastics policy, three‑stream waste stations, water‑refill points, and food‑waste donations to local charities model eco‑best practices.
